I think if I did one fabric per diamond, the block would end up looking a little weird. Unless I did one fabric per block, but then I think I'd miss out on all the comma joy :-)
I did put the block in the middle, coz I couldn't make my graph paper work with the angles without it. I'm planning on doing the block properly though (although I think I'm going to file the idea I drew out away for future use. HSTs will be simpler then paper peicing!)
E xxErin Quinnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09733465690557189717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6958893819922936787.post-76718667136552965982013-10-24T10:30:57.375+10:002013-10-24T10:30:57.375+10:00I've seent he Arkansas Traveller before (fleet...I've seent he Arkansas Traveller before (fleetingly) and thought it was really cute, and once I decided that this was what I wanted to make for Sarah, I've seen it EVERYWHERE! Are you going to do the version with one fabric per diamond, or four fabrics per? And did you add the block in the middle, because I don't remember that being there. :) I just made them for a bee last month. :D Yay!! I really love paper-piecing, this is going to be GORGEOUS.Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16906153998390697357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6958893819922936787.post-25087789358722528642013-10-23T07:01:27.449+10:002013-10-23T07:01:27.449+10:00Oh wow what a wonderful project and it looks like ...Oh wow what a wonderful project and it looks like it's going to be an awesome quilt!
